Connie (O’Connell) Olson wrote this personal history of Port Wing as a school project in 1956. Her history records colorful stories as related by old timers that otherwise might have been lost to history. Some sections are quite detailed. The document contains the names of more than 100 early settlers, businessmen and other locals.
